easy2tax offers a digital solution for easy and fast handling of the tax-free refund for non-European tourists shopping in Austria. The company was founded in 2019 with a goal to bring the fast-growing tax-free business into the digital age to increase the revenue of stationery retailers.
Challenges
easy2tax needed an app for a point-of-sale device. The device needed to include a passport scanner, QR Code scanner, bill printing, Card Swiping, and e-validation. The company also needed to build an app for end-user to manage a single database, and to build a product to manage merchants and tourists.
